Facility Manager

Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of properties, including all phases of maintenance of the common areas, buildings, and grounds.
  • Directly supervise outside contractors to ensure properties are properly maintained in accordance with company standards and maintenance agreements.
  • Resolve issues with in-house and outside contractors, establishing priorities to meet maintenance, housekeeping, landscape, and customer service needs.
  • Schedule and supervise all maintenance, landscape, housekeeping, and security plans, and assist with inspections of all areas.
  • Coordinate with other related departments to maintain a smooth workflow and ensure compliance with health and safety legislation. Provide advice on recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the Head of the district to develop and adopt processes and policies for emergency awareness.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks recorded in the call center, conduct analysis to identify areas of success, and take appropriate actions.
  • Respond to complaints and issues from city residents, acting as the owner representative and liaising with the corporate office to resolve related issues.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving measures where appropriate and manage the budget.
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal and external customers seeking support and information regarding the facilities in the city.
  • Respond to and resolve difficult and sensitive inquiries and complaints from residents.


Qualifications:


  • BA in Business Administration or any related field
  • 5+ years of experience working with real-estate developers or consultancy companies
  • Proven experience in property management or a related field (Residential, Commercial, or Hotels)
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance, housekeeping, and security practices with in-house teams and service providers.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
